Full of LOVE

My little light beams are amazing, I am so full of love for them and overflowing with love at the joy of being with them.  Little J says that ‘mummy is his favourite thing in the whole world and he will dream of me at night and wants to be with me always’.  K is sweet and loving too and declared just before bed that he had not had enough hugs today so we were lucky to get a few more in.

This autumn is beautiful, the trees are glorious and the sunny days are magical.  Today we popped to the park to play some ball and climb the oak tree.  We collected sycamore leaves and flew the little helicopters and breathed in the aroma as we walked accross the carpet of pine needles.

Back home we made and played with some play dough and decided on some crafts we want to do tomorrow.  I’m loving how organised and decluttered my home and life are.

Out of the mists

Well this last week has been difficult to say the least! I have cried, been angry, felt hopeless, sad.  PMS has returned with a vengeance.  I think being autumn (the season for tuning in, nourishing down to our roots) has highlighted it as our moontime is a time for looking inward and nourishing ourselves.  I have also not had any FEs this cycle and am looking at addressing my nutritional supplements.  Maybe the real message for me here is that I need to address this, my family falls apart when I can’t cope and there is no back up in place.  What can I do to nourish myself?  Little things are good starters! choosing foods that nourish me and not ones that I think comfort but really block my emotions! taking the time to meditate, do some yoga even if its only 20mins.  I like the idea of dh and I haveing a night off each week while the other does bedtime.  Getting out, walking, fresh air.  I think we need more of a schedule for home ed for a while too.  Maybe the little things will be enough and having a morning of childcare for both boys a week will not feel necessary anymore or maybe it will just happen.  I’m coming out of the mists today, choosing to nourish myself with foods, thoughts, words and knowing that magic will abound.

Balance & Nutritional Changes

Balance, this is something our family needs more of and we are working towards this.  M needs to work less and I need to be doing some of my work.  Really just putting this out there, we have no real ideas/plans yet…but I feel this balance coming.

It suddenly feels very downstream for me to make some changes to our family diet :surf: Most of these changes for me are promted by ds1s tooth decay and my pms.  I really feel the tooth decay has manifested as a way for me to change our diets without feeling judged by family, being happy to just be me is something I am working on.  Diet wise this is our plan

~Meal plan consitently
~Continue with green smoothies
~Start juicing (Champion on its way :genie: :carrot: )
~ Add CLO
~Cut out all processed foods & all soy
~Raw dairy

Do trees make num nums?

J and I were lazing on the bed earlier watching the trees as he nursed, “mama do trees make num nums’ no I said ‘but mama they do, without trees we can’t live’ this made me smile, he is so clever and intuitive and see the cycle of life

 

K has been in mathematical play mode today, he was making patterns with his geomags (bar magnets) and had worked ou the 6×4 gave him 24, he then mused that 7×3 would also but quicky realised not, looking perplexed for a moment he then announced that 3×8 would give him 24 and smiled broadly as he proved this to himself.  I love moments like this

Feeling Good

Isn’t it great when you turn it around and the day just gets better and better.  Little J woke me up at 4.30 and I was starting to dread the day ahead but hey its as it is, lets go with it.  Just before 7 K got up and they went off and played for about 2hrs while I sleept! woohoo

Been learning muscle testing and finding it really interesting and useful, looking forward to doing my first MAP session sometime this week.  I’m starting to live fearlessly, I am me and I’m just as I’m meant to be.  Life is taking off.

I love today

Its been fun, boys built a den in their room and played restaurants while I cleaned upstairs.  K is big into maths this week and had fun at the table while J and I made words with magnets.  We packed up lunch and headed to the woods and lake to meet friends, swim, walk, chat and enjoy.  On the way home we had a request for pizza so we had the bread maker make some dough while we bathed and read stories.  Just a day but a great day, I feel happy & lucky.

Be the change

“People will always give you what you expect from them. If you want to change what you’re getting, change your expectations.”

Yet again my little wisdom teachers have me working hard.  I have fallen into expecting the situations we are experiencing and of course they are continuing and every day I am again being given the gift of opportunity to learn this lesson.  Tonight I am visualising a peaceful home and tomorrow I will expect the best and see the beautiful souls that my little wisdom teachers are.  Thank you.

Back to Basics

I’m feeling a need to slow down and get back to the basics of what creates happy days for us.  Starting the day consciously is a must, looking for the best in each other, saying a few things we are greatful for over breakfast.  All of these things start us out in the best possible way.  Surrounding ourselves with nature nourishes our souls.  We had a wonderful afternoon walking and playing in the woods, the boys spotted newts and walked through the stream followed by 8 ducklings and their mother duck.  Sitting on the riverbank we had the joy of seeing another mother duck with her very newly hatched duckings, even J sat transfixed  for ages.  Nature is captivating.  We played music on some logs, jumped ditches and made a log bridge.  The time gifted to us by home education is truly a joy.

I’m also getting back to basics with expressing my creative self, she has been hiding too long.  I’ve been watercolouring a bit but last nigth I sketched for the first time in many, many years.  Its no masterpiece but my GUS it felt good!

Faith or Fear

Again I am reminded of the quote from The Book of Love that I have come to love about choosing a master, as fear and faith cannot co-exist.

I have been so inspired this week about the direction my life is taking and yet today I feel fear knocking (rather loudly) at my door.  Many times I have chosen to open the door and let this master in, to have him stay awhile and watch my dreams and inspiration drown, only to realise I want faith here with me instead.  Well this time, I’m sure, Faith is here to stay.

I have a dream, a beautiful dream.  There is no rush, slowly and surely, maybe sometimes fast, everything is happening as it should. 

Some wonderful things are manifesting, afew hours childcare for my youngest with someone he loves enabling my eldest and I a little time together.  My eldest loving sleepovers at his cousins, giving my youngest and I a little time.  Courses and attunements coming my way, the money in vibrational escrow.  I can have this, I deserve this and I have FAITH that this is of spirit and for the greater good.

My Children, My Wisdom

Children are so truly aligned, its beautiful to see and a privilege to have two of them here sharing this journey.  My son said to me to before bed a few weeks ago ‘Mummy even when I am said I still have this little smile inside me wanting to come out’.  This is his little divine spark, his connection to source, the key to him re-aligning with his joy.  I LOVE how easy it is for them both to forgive and move back up the emotional scale to that place of connection.  What better way to spend my days than with these divine little beings, my greatest source of wisdom.
