Balance, this is something our family needs more of and we are working towards this. M needs to work less and I need to be doing some of my work. Really just putting this out there, we have no real ideas/plans yet…but I feel this balance coming.
It suddenly feels very downstream for me to make some changes to our family diet :surf: Most of these changes for me are promted by ds1s tooth decay and my pms. I really feel the tooth decay has manifested as a way for me to change our diets without feeling judged by family, being happy to just be me is something I am working on. Diet wise this is our plan
~Meal plan consitently
~Continue with green smoothies
~Start juicing (Champion on its way :genie: :carrot: )
~ Add CLO
~Cut out all processed foods & all soy
~Raw dairy
